EASYFIT BALL AND SPRING CHECK VALVE
The Easyfit line of check valves developed with Giugiaro Design offers two different versions: SXE with ball shutter and SSE with spring shutter. The Easyfit check valves are distinguished by the innovative installation method which guarantees reliable service over time. This valve is also equipped with the customized Labeling System.
FEATURES COMMON TO ALL SXE-SEE:
- Jointing system for gluing and threading
- Compatibility of the valve material (PVC-U or PVC-C) with the conveyance of water, drinking water and other food substances according to the regulations in force
- PN16 valve body with radial dismantling (True Union) made by injection molding in PVC-U and compliant with the European Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) for pressure equipment. Test requirements according to ISO 9393
- Possibility of both vertical (preferable for SXE model) and horizontal installation
- Personalization system Labeling System: LCE module integrated on the valve body consisting of a transparent protective cap and a label holder plate that can be customized using the LSE set (available as an accessory). The possibility of customization allows you to identify the valve on the system according to specific needs
- Ideal for horizontal installations: perfect seal even with low back pressure. Silent operation and long life even in the presence of strong vibrations and pulsating fluid
- Shutter in PVC-U and springs available in stainless steel 316, A316 wrapped in PTFE: maximum reliability in a wide range of applications from sea water to aggressive acids

SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS SXE/SSE MANUAL DN 10:50 PVC-U:
Reduced overall length according to international standards ISO 7508 series III and European EN 1452 "short" and fully interchangeable with ball valve models VXE and VEE DN 10÷50
Ring nuts made with a rack for adjusting the tightening using the Easyfit handle or using the Easytorque adjustment kit (available as accessories)
Optimized fluid dynamic design: energy saving thanks to the improvement of the Kv value of the valve with consequent reduction of pressure drops
Spherical shutter with high surface finish: reduction of wear, increased life time and reduced need for valve maintenance. Ideal for conveying dirty fluids, even with suspended solids or filaments thanks to the special design that allows self-cleaning of the inside of the valve
Primary seal support blocked: safe disassembly for maintenance operations can be carried out with the Easyfit multifunction handle or with the Easytorque kit
SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS SSE MANUAL DN 10:50 PVC-C:
Reduced overall length according to international standards ISO 7508 series III short and fully interchangeable with VXE DN 10÷50 ball valve models

SPECIFIC FEATURES SXE/SSE DN 65:100 PVC-U:
- Easy radial disassembly from the system and complete interchangeability with ball valve models VEE and VXE 65÷100
- Profile of the ferrules that adapts perfectly to the hooked insert of the Easyfit multifunction handle (available as an accessory) thanks to which it is possible to control the rotation of the ferrules
- Optimized fluid dynamic design: energy saving thanks to the improvement of the Kv value of the valve with consequent reduction of pressure drops
