EASYFIT 2-WAY BALL VALVE
FIP and Giugiaro Design have designed and developed VEE Easyfit, the innovative radial disassembly ball valve with ring nut tightening adjustment that allows simple and safe installation for reliable service over time.
FEATURES COMMON TO ALL VEE:
- Easyfit patented system
- Jointing system for gluing and threading
- Compatibility of the valve material (PVC-U) with the conveyance of water, drinking water and other food substances according to the regulations in force
- Easy radial disassembly from the system and consequent rapid replacement of O-Rings and ball seals without the use of any tools
- PN16 valve body with radial dismantling (True Union) made by injection molding in PVC-U and compliant with the European Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) for pressure equipment. Test requirements according to ISO 9393
- Possibility of disassembling the downstream piping with the valve in the closed position
- Floating full bore ball with high surface finish made in CNC machining centers to obtain precise dimensional tolerances and high surface finish
- Predisposition for the Labeling System customization system through the use of the LCE module (available as an accessory). The gray protective cap housed on the handle can be replaced by the transparent cap and the customizable label holder using the LSE set (available as an accessory). The possibility of customization allows you to identify the valve on the system according to specific needs
- PE sealing system with locked holder
- Machined ball with high surface finish that guarantees excellent maneuverability and greater reliability
Manual valves
SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS VEE MANUAL DN 10:50:
- Easyfit patented system: innovative mechanism based on the kinematics of the bevel gears which controls the rotation of the valve nuts during installation
- Complete interchangeability with previous VE Ergo series models
- Ergonomic bi-positionable Easyfit multifunction handle with control for adjusting the tightening of the ring nuts and usable as a key for adjusting the support of the ball seat gaskets. The use of the handle is particularly suitable for maintenance operations where one operates in limited spaces and difficult to access
- PE sealing system with locked support adjustable via the Easyfit multifunctional handle or via the Easytorque adjustment kit (available as an accessory)
SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS VEE MANUAL DN 65:100:
- Easyfit patented system: innovative mechanism that allows you to use the quick release handle to adjust the ball support
- Valve body with integrated anchoring structure for the special Power Quick module dedicated to the installation of accessories or pneumatic and electric actuators
- Innovative Easyfit quick release handle composed of a central hub firmly coupled to the stem and a birazza handle that can be released from the hub with a simple operation and used as a key for adjusting the ball seals
- PE sealing system with locked support adjustable using the Easyfit quick release handle
- Stem with high surface finish with double O-Ring seal and PTFE anti-friction disc which limits friction to a minimum and gives an excellent operating torque
- Valve body designed for the installation of the SHE Kit (available as an accessory) which allows the operation to be blocked both in closing and in opening by inserting a padlock
