The Astore brand offers double gate ball valves for process plants in the 111, 724 series.
For irrigation systems, single and double ring ball valves in the 302, 303, 322 series and coupled with pipes in PE 305, 334, 335 and 426.
For the transport of water and for the application in swimming pools Astore presents ball valves in the 420 series.
Also available are ball air vent valves (1V220), ball foot valves (1V210), butterfly valves (800 series), spring non-return valves (1V230), clapet valves (CLP series) and three-way valves (1V930)
The joints of the Astore ball valves are possible by gluing (ISO and BS) by threading and by flanging for butterfly valves.
Astore valves comply with the European Directive PED 97/23/CE relating to pressure equipment.

The Astore compression joints in PP are connection fittings for PE pipes dedicated to water transport systems. They can be used both in the irrigation segment and in potable and potable water systems.
Range
The range of Astore couplings includes numerous figures designed to satisfy the most varied system requirements of the installer. The dimensions of the joint start from d.16 mm up to d.110 mm. Threaded couplings have a metal reinforcement on the outside of the thread starting at r.1 1/4″.
Pressure resistance
At 20°c from d. 16 mm to the d. 63 mm 16 bar, from d. 75 mm d. 110mm 10bar.
Materials
Body and ring nut in black copolymer polypropylene, clamping ring in white acetal resin, O-ring in nbr, reinforcing ring in AISI 430. Thrust bushing (d.75, d.90, d.110) in black copolymer polypropylene.
Bracket sockets in PP
The Astore mechanical clamp sockets are the correct technical solution for user derivations in irrigation and aqueduct systems.
Range
The saddle clamps are supplied in the following versions: 503 single branch. coupling diameter with pipe from d. 20 to d. 110 mm and threaded outlets from 1/2″ to 3″, provided with 2 and 4 bolts depending on the diameters. 505 single lead. coupling diameter with pipe from d. 20 to d. 315 mm and threaded branches from 1/2″ to 4″, equipped with 2,4 and 6 bolts depending on the diameters, and with a metal reinforcement ring on the branch thread. 508 double-lead. coupling diameter with pipe from d. 20 to d. 315 mm and threaded branches from 1/2″ to 4″, equipped with 2,4 and 6 bolts depending on the diameters, and metal reinforcement rings on the branch threads.
