Advantages

Clean air without heat dispersion

The system provides balanced and continuous ventilation at low consumption with high energy recovery (close to 90%), limiting the need to open windows or use extractors, which are not very efficient.

Low maintenance facilities

The ventilation system improves the quality of the air inside the rooms by reducing humidity. A building free of humidity is healthier and reduces maintenance needs.

Dry and healthy structures

The ventilation system improves the quality of the air inside the rooms by reducing humidity. A building free of humidity is healthier, reduces maintenance needs while maintaining its value on the real estate market high.

Applications

The quality of the air in the swimming pool environment contributes to the well-being and comfort of bathers. In accordance with UNI 10339, which regulates air exchange in aeraulic systems, specific thermo-hygrometric and ventilation requirements are envisaged for indoor swimming pools.
Specifically, the ambient temperature in the area of swimming and bathing activities should not be lower than that of the pool water. The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 70% and the air speed must not exceed 0.1m/s, furthermore, the air exchange must be at least 20 m3/h for each m2 of tank.
In the areas intended for changing rooms, toilets and accessories, the air temperature must not be lower than 20 °C and the air exchange must be no lower than 4 volumes/h.
Indoor pools and changing rooms represent typical environments with a high level of humidity, where the formation and concentration of mould, mites, fungi and bacteria is favored; it is therefore necessary to provide correct ventilation. The installation of multiple HC Recovery units represents the optimal solution which also complies with the EcoDesign regulations (ErP-2016/2018).
