“Tailor-made” for each system
Complete and versatile proposal for every level and size of plant. Instrumentation integrable with external devices for the management of the dosage according to UNI. Biparametric monitors to combine the chemical measurement with the flow measurement.
Applications
Swimming pool water contains pathogenic and non-pathogenic microorganisms, which are hazardous to human health, and therefore requires balanced chemical treatment to minimize microbiological risk. The UNI 10637:2016 regulation provides some specific requirements regarding the measurement and regulation of disinfection treatments for classes A, B and C (systems for collective use), while UNI EN 10713 indicates the requirements for class D (systems for private use). Disinfection treatment occurs through the dosage of substances, regulated on a regional basis.
Disinfection treatments
The equipment intended for measuring and regulating pH (type A, B, C range 4.5-8.5pH; type D range 6.8-7.6pH) must have an output signal to control the dosing systems and for type A swimming pools proportional regulation is preferred.
The FIP M9.00 series monitors combined with the 200 series pH electrodes represent the ideal solution to meet these needs. The RedOx potential measurement equipment can be used in type D swimming pools to monitor the evolution of organic pollution in the pool water and to control the disinfectant dosing equipment (RedOx >650mV). The FIP M9.00 series monitors combined with the 200 series ORP sensors provide an optimal compromise between simplicity and reliability. For classes A, B and C, however, it is necessary to adopt systems for reading the values of free chlorine (range Cl2 0.6-5mg/I). The CLF6 series sensors, which can be combined with pH measurement instruments in the event of significant variations, fully comply with this requirement. For the most modern systems that use Chlorine Dioxide for chlorination, even with on-site production systems, FIP also offers the range of CLD6 series amperometric sensors, dedicated to the direct measurement of this parameter.
