Advantages
Public and private buildings equipped with energy saving systems, built by integrating new technologies, allow for a high energy class, thus increasing their value. Compact and quick-to-install solutions to contain spaces and installation times, modular and scalable to facilitate design aspects.
The low costs, both for purchase and installation, allow for a rapid amortization of the investment.
The saving of drinking water, the reduction of consumption and high efficiency, allow for an optimization of the energy balance of the system, with a view to sustainable construction.
Applications
Energy saving and sustainable management of resources
With every shower, 100 litres of water at 36° C are discharged into the sewer, with an unsustainable waste of energy and resources. The recovery of residual heat at the drain can halve the caloric consumption necessary for heating sanitary water, while the recovery and subsequent reuse of 100 litres of water contributes to a responsible use of resources as well as significantly reducing consumption.
Grey water recovery
It is the grey water recovery system for irrigation or domestic use, pre-assembled and ready to be connected in minimal time during installation on site. Thanks to the use of highly efficient membranes, the filtration level is very high and allows the removal of bacteria and viruses. Furthermore, the new generation filters maintain their high performance over time, extending maintenance intervals.
In fact, only one chemical wash of the membrane can be foreseen every 12/18 months and the automatic backwash cycle to keep the membranes clean, sends the residues directly to the sewer drain.
The system, which can be sized based on the number of users, is completely automatic and can be controlled remotely.
Phases of purification
- Primary filter + oxidation + ultrafiltration
- Storage
- Multi-stage filter + Activated carbons
- UV ray disinfection
Ecoshower
Ecoshower is the innovative solution that recovers up to 40% of heat from grey water to release it, flowing countercurrent in a coil, integrating the feed water of both the boiler and the mixer (A) or of the mixer only (B). The water that feeds the boiler, the instantaneous water heater or the mixer on the “cold” side typically reaches 10° C and is heated up to 50° C, generating a consumption of approximately 40Kcal/l. With the integration of ecoshower within the system, the incoming water is preheated to around 24° C, reducing energy requirements by 35%.
